Hinze's Bar-B-Que

Hinze's Bar-B-Que is a family affair that began 37 years ago. W.C. Hinze started barbequing for his family every Sunday in his backyard while his wife, Rosemary, prepared the now famous BBQ sauce and sides. The family takes pride in serving the same authentic pecan smoked meats, homemade sides, and delicious pies as they always have. The Hinze's have expanded their menu over the years to include chicken fried steak, seafood, hamburgers, and stuffed baked potatoes. You can still find Rosemary, one son, and three daughters working in the kitchen at the restaurant.
